Expansion and alteration to existing mall, including new food court, new theatre complex, new second level retail spaces. The expansion of Gelsons Supermarket and MEP alterations to accommodate structural upgrades on two below-grade parking levels. Project is currently under construction.

 

Expansion of existing mall, including 480,000 feet of new retail space on two levels. Project will add three parking levels above and a new food court. Major revisions to site utilities are required, along with modifications to the existing central plant. This project is currently in the construction document phase

A 70,000 square foot three story building containing a performing stage, sound stages, classrooms and offices.


REPRESENTATIVE PROJECTS          

 

Shell and core and interior development full design of MEP systems for nearly 1,000,000 gross square feet, 26-story office building built by the City of Sacramento to house the new offices of the State of California Environmental Protection Agency.  This building contains the latest energy saving designs for electrical and mechanical equipment.  The building combines office space, research laboratory space, public meeting rooms and a day care center under one roof.  The building received the best of 1999 award for outstanding engineering.  The building energy usage is 30-40% below the California Title 24 energy budget.

Shell and core and interior development full design of MEP systems for 34-story office building, approximately 853,000 square feet, with a 2,800 car parking structure with three levels below grade and six levels above grade.

2,350 seat Walt Disney Concert Hall (which opened in October 2003) and a parking structure for 2,500 cars which was completed in March 1996. Project includes a restaurant, gift shops, gardens and terraces, a pre-concert area that can seat 500, and a rehearsal hall with seating for 300 for chamber music concerts. Total project cost was $388 million.

Shell and core, and interior development full design of MEP systems for 5-story mixed use center consisting of approximately 900,000 square feet of retail, restaurants, a 1850 seat multiplex movie theater, Ballroom/Conference Center and the new Academy Awards Theatre, and approximately 750,000 square feet of below-grade parking on five levels.

Engineering support and electrical design services for the new Museum Complex. MEP services for the Central Garden.

 

Mechanical and electrical consulting services for additions and reno­vations to the Temporary Contemporary facility.

 

Project included mechanical, plumbing and electrical renovation of an existing 7-story, 250‑room hotel.  Work included HVAC renovations, new plumbing fixtures and electrical work in guest rooms, redesign of public facilities, modifications to site lighting, etc
